A name or location entered in a search tool is passed to the third-party provider operating that tool. Bergen County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own system. The provider’s notice controls its collection and use.
Messages Sent to Us
When you email or send a contact message, we retain the message and contact details long enough to respond and manage the exchange. We do not share the message outside the organization unless law requires it.
